This coaching will allow you to manage Policies and Procedures in a process context. It brings policies, procedures and people together.

The methodology will be based on the Business Process Modelling Notation ( BPMN), Microsoft Visio and SharePoint 2010.

 
By following a simple process methodology end users will learn to create their own visual business processes.
This coaching is a 4 hour session and includes
1.      Introduction to Business Process Visualisation in Visio
2.      About BPMN
3.      Hands On Workshop to implement your own Business Process repository using Microsoft Visio and SharePoint 2010.
Prerequisites
You must have the following software installed on your computer with a wireless option:
Office 2010, if possible with Visio premium but we will have trial versions available.
 
There will be an on-line SharePoint site to work from, which will be available for a few weeks after the training for your evaluation.
 

 

Attendance is very limited so please register now, there is a low MBUG special fee of $249 per attendee which will be used to sponsor further MBUG events and initiatives. Registration (we will contact you asap for invoicing details)
